Infosys Ltd. Reaches Agreement in Principle to Settle Class Action Lawsuits for $17.5 Million

Infosys Ltd. has announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to settle certain class action lawsuits filed in the United States against Infosys McCamish Systems LLC ('McCamish') and a few of McCamish's customers. The proposed settlement, which includes a payment of $17.5 million into a fund, would resolve all allegations made in these lawsuits. The agreement was reached following a mediation on March 13, 2025, and was granted final approval by the court on December 18, 2025. If the settlement is not appealed within 30 days, it will become effective and resolve all allegations without admission of any liability.
