Infosys Public Services Wins Contract from Delaware Department of Labor to Modernize Labor Systems

Infosys Public Services, a subsidiary of Infosys, has been awarded a contract by the Delaware Department of Labor to modernize its unemployment insurance tax, benefits and appeals programs, as well as develop a new system for the paid family medical leave program. The Delaware Department of Labor will leverage Infosys LaborForce, a Salesforce-based enterprise labor system, to provide better customer service, integrate programs, and meet most state requirements out of the box. The project has started, and CAI, a global services firm, is also involved to ensure a smooth implementation.
