Infra Industries declares Q1 FY27 un-audited standalone results

Infra Industries Limited has announced its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results along with a Limited Review Report. The meeting also addressed the re-constitution of board committees, adoption of a Related Party Transaction Policy, noted the resignation of Shilpa Nimesh Satra as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and appointed Ms. Seema Vyas to the role. Additionally, M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Mr. Deep Shukla was appointed as Scrutinizer for the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026, with book closure from September 18 to September 24, 2026.
