Infra Industries Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Results on Feb 4, 2026

Infra Industries Ltd has announced a Board Meeting scheduled on February 4, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons from the end of the quarter till 48 hours from the time of declaration of the financial results / outcome of Board meeting on the Stock Exchange.
