Ingersoll-Rand India Board Approves Director Appointment & Committee Reconstitution

Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Shriram Patil as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, commencing August 15, 2026. The Board also reconstituted its committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and CSR Committee, effective August 15, 2026. These changes follow the retirement of Mr. Sekhar Natarajan and the appointment of Mr. Patil.
