Inland Printers Ltd. Submits Revised Notice of 45th AGM and Annual Report for FY 2024-25

Inland Printers Ltd. has submitted a revised Notice of the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The revision was made due to a typographical error in the original Notice, where the date was mentioned as 9th January, 2025 instead of 17th December, 2024. The revised Notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 are now available for members and can be accessed on the company's website. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27th September, 2025 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2025, appoint a director in place of Mr. Bhavesh Patel, appoint M/s. Yatin Sangani & Associates as a Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, and consider the regularization of the appointment of three directors.
