Inland Printers seeks 3-month extension for 46th AGM

Inland Printers Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 03, 2026, approved seeking an extension of three months from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai (ROC) for holding its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 12:30 P.M. This decision is in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
