Innocorp Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Innocorp Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's own 'Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading'. The trading window will remain closed from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the third quarter ended 31.12.2025.
