Innova Captab Approves Revised FY26 Financials, Baddi Plant Expansion

Innova Captab Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting commenced on August 21, 2026, approved the revised audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved a brownfield expansion of the manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The revised financial results, including the statement of assets and liabilities and cash flow, along with the independent auditor's report and a CFO's declaration of unmodified opinion, have been submitted as per SEBI LODR regulations.
