Innova Captab Ltd has announced the rescheduled date for its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). This follows a previous postponement communicated on June 24, 2026. The company has also enclosed the 22nd Integrated Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, including a corrigendum and revised financial statements (standalone & consolidated), along with directors' and auditors' reports. The report is being disseminated electronically to members and made available via a web link for shareholders whose email IDs are not registered.
