Innovana Thinklabs Acquires Subsidiary Innovana Green Energy with Rs. 65,000 Initial Subscription

Innovana Thinklabs Limited has acquired Innovana Green Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company. The acquisition was made with an initial subscription of Rs. 65,000 towards subscribing to 6500 equity shares at a face value of 10/- each. Innovana Thinklabs Limited now holds 65.00% of the shares in Innovana Green Energy Private Limited. Innovana Green Energy Private Limited is incorporated as a subsidiary to carry on the business of operating, promoting, establishing, and improving all kinds of solar energy.
