Innovana Thinklabs' Associate Company, Adcounty Media India Limited, Gets Listed on BSE SME Platform

Innovana Thinklabs Ltd. has announced that its associate company, Adcounty Media India Limited, has received listing and trading approval on the BSE SME Platform. Trading will commence from July 4, 2025. This marks a significant milestone for Innovana and its stakeholders. Prior to the listing, Innovana held 24.20% equity stake in Adcounty, which has now reduced to 17.79% post listing. Consequently, Adcounty will no longer be classified as an associate company.
