Innovana Thinklabs Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has also informed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
