Innovassynth Technologies Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Innovassynth Technologies (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. All designated persons and employees, along with their immediate relatives, are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
