Innovative Ideals: Trading Window Closed for H1 FY27 Results

Innovative Ideals and Services (India) Ltd announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, are made public. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. All concerned are advised not to buy or sell company securities during this period. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated later.
