Innovative Tech Pack Appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Innovative Tech Pack Ltd. announced board approval for the appointment of Mr. Raghubeer Singh as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 30-31, subject to member approval. The board also approved the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, and the Board Report for FY 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24-30, 2026, for the AGM.
