Innovative Tech Pack Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Innovative Tech Pack Ltd. announced board approval for the appointment of M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), subject to member approval. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Raghubeer Singh as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the company approved the notice and board report for its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, with the register of members and share transfer books closed from September 24-30, 2026, and September 23, 2026, set as the cut-off date for voting rights. The resignation of the previous secretarial auditor was also noted.
