Innovatus Entertainment Networks Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the March 2025 quarter. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct, the trading window will be closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and any person having a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the company. The closure will be effective from the 1st of April, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
