Innovision Ltd Wins Aashpur Toll Plaza Mandate from NHAI

Innovision Ltd has secured a new mandate from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to operate as the User Fee Collection Agency at the Aashpur Fee Plaza on NH-91 in Uttar Pradesh. This one-year contract, awarded through a competitive e-tender process, includes the upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks. The broad commercial consideration for the engagement is ₹83.29 crore. This award reinforces Innovision's toll management business, particularly in Uttar Pradesh, and aligns with its asset-light operational model. The company emphasizes that the disclosed commercial consideration represents the gross value, with the company retaining an agreed spread after remitting collections to NHAI.
