Inox Green Energy Board Approves Financial Results & Director Reappointments

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on August 7, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Shri Manoj Dixit as Whole-time Director for two years from October 8, 2026, and Ms. Bindu Saxena as Independent Director for a second term of five years from December 14, 2026. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
