Inox Wind Board Meeting on Aug 7 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Inox Wind Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 7, 2026. The primary agenda item for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also informed that the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the submission of these financial results to the stock exchanges, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
