Inox Wind Ltd has announced the notice for its 14th Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing. The primary agenda is to seek shareholder approval for material related party transactions. These include the sale and supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) to Inox Clean Energy Limited for up to ₹3,500 Crore and providing guarantees/support to Inox Green Energy Services Limited (IGESL) for up to ₹500 Crore.
