
INOXGFL Group Companies Emerge as Successful Bidders for Wind World India’s IPP and O&M Arms
INOXGFL Group Companies have emerged as successful bidders for the acquisition of Wind World India’s IPP and O&M businesses through the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)-approved resolution process. The acquisition will be through its companies — Inox Clean Energy Limited’s subsidiary Inox Neo Energies for the IPP business and Inox Green Energy Services Limited for the O&M business. Wind World India has a combined installed IPP capacity of approximately 600 MW and an O&M portfolio of nearly 4.5 GW. This acquisition will help Inox Clean expand its IPP portfolio with operational wind assets across key wind corridors and Inox Green to significantly expand its O&M scale. INOXGFL Group aims to achieve its medium-term targets of 10 GW of installed IPP capacity and 11 GW of integrated solar manufacturing capacity by FY28.
