Insilco Ltd Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Insilco Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on July 28, 2026. The company also submitted a Limited Review Report from its Statutory Auditor. Notably, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis due to the suspension of plant operations since October 2019, following the denial of Consent to Operate by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board.
