The incident involved unusual file extension changes and system errors, prompting the isolation and reformatting of the affected server. While data backups have been verified and will be restored, the Insider Lens application is temporarily unavailable. This disruption has caused the company to miss the stipulated deadline of September 28, 2026, for filing the closure of the Trading Window. Insilco is working to restore the application and complete the filing as soon as possible. The company is currently under voluntary liquidation.
