Insolation Energy Ltd. Celebrates Successful Migration to BSE Mainboard and NSE Main Board

Insolation Energy Limited, a leading solar panel manufacturer in India, has successfully migrated 22,03,94,625 equity shares from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Mainboard of BSE Limited and has been directly listed on the Capital Market segment (Main Board) of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The migration and listing ceremony was held in Jaipur on 09th March, 2026, in the presence of distinguished guests, company leadership, stakeholders, and employees. The event commenced with the National Anthem and featured a traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, addresses from the company's chairman, NSE officials, and the Chief Guest, Shri Heeralal Nagar Ji, Hon’ble Energy Minister of the Government of Rajasthan. The Official Bell-Ringing Ceremony was conducted by the Company officials along with NSE officials, the Chief Guest, and the Special Guest, formally celebrating the listing of Insolation Energy Limited on the NSE Main Board.
