Insolation Energy Ltd Incorporates Subsidiary MGVI Green Infra Two Private Limited

Insolation Energy Ltd has incorporated a new subsidiary company, MGVI Green Infra Two Private Limited, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The new subsidiary will focus on Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Insolation Energy Ltd will hold 60% share capital in MGVI Green Infra Two Private Limited. The investment is made at arms' length basis, and both the promoters, Mr. Vikas Jain and Mr. Manish Gupta, hold 20% shareholding each in the new subsidiary.
