
Insolation Energy Subsidiary Wins 99 MW Solar Projects in Maharashtra
Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for setting up nine solar power projects across Maharashtra. These projects, under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana - 2.0, will have a combined capacity of 99 MW AC (128.7 MW DC). The projects are awarded based on a tariff-based competitive bid, with a finalized levelized tariff of ₹2.90 per unit. The estimated annual revenue from these projects is approximately ₹59.72 crores, with a projected operational life of 25 years. The total investment for establishing these solar power plants is estimated at ₹425 crore, including GST. The projects are to be commissioned within 18 months from the PPA execution date.
