Insolation Green Energy Private Limited Acquires 60% Stake in Newly Incorporated Subsidiary MVS Green Infra Private Limited

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd, has incorporated a new subsidiary, MVS Green Infra Private Limited. MVS Green Infra Private Limited will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited has subscribed to 60% of the equity shares of MVS Green Infra Private Limited, which has an authorized share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) divided into 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Equity shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each.
