Insolation Green Energy Private Limited Acquires HVGM Green Infra Private Limited for Rupees One Lakh

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, HVGM Green Infra Private Limited, on 15th October 2025. The newly formed entity has been established as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to set up solar power plants. The acquisition amount is Rupees One Lakh, and Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will hold 100% equity shares of HVGM Green Infra Private Limited.
