Insolation Green Energy Private Limited Incorporates New Subsidiary GNPR Green Infra Private Limited for Solar Power Plants

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, GNPR Green Infra Private Limited. The new subsidiary has been set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants. The SPV will carry out activities such as erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and consultancy of renewable energy power plants. The subscription payable by the subscribers to the SPV is not a related party transaction for the Company.
