Intec Capital Approves FY26 Audited Financial Results

Intec Capital Ltd's board meeting on May 23, 2026, approved the annual accounts of its subsidiary, Amulet Technologies Ltd, for FY26. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the auditor's report from S.P. Chopra & Co. Additionally, M/s. T.K Gupta & Associates were re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY26-27. The remuneration structure for Mr. Dhruv Goel and Mr. Pranav Goel was also revised.
