Sanjeev Goel acquires 22.53 lakh shares in Intec Capital for ₹2.48 Cr

Sanjeev Goel has acquired 22,53,078 equity shares of Intec Capital Limited from India Business Excellence Fund-IIA. The off-market transaction was executed at a price of ₹11.00 per equity share, totaling ₹2,47,83,858. This acquisition is an inter-se promoter transfer, exempted from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations. Following the acquisition, Sanjeev Goel's shareholding in Intec Capital increased from 6.78% (12,44,464 shares) to 19.04% (34,97,542 shares). Concurrently, the seller's stake decreased from 17.19% to 4.92%.
