Integra Engineering Approves FY26 Audited Results

Integra Engineering India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah Associates as the Internal Auditor and M/s. Divyesh Vagadiya & Associates as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. The resignation of Mr. Kunal Thakrar from the position of CFO (KMP) was noted, effective May 29, 2026.
