Integra Essentia Board Approves FY26 Results with Qualified Opinion

Integra Essentia Limited's Board of Directors approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, during its meeting on May 28, 2026. The Statutory Auditors, M/s. A K Bhargav & Co., issued an Audit Report with a qualified opinion on these financial results. Additionally, the Board, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, appointed M/s. Niraj Kumar Vishwakarma & Associates, Practicing Cost Management Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The new internal auditor firm has over 9 years of experience in cost auditing, internal controls, and financial analysis.
