The Board of Directors of Integra Essentia Limited approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, at its meeting on May 28, 2026. Notably, the Statutory Auditors, M/s. A K Bhargav & Co., issued an Audit Report with a qualified opinion on these financial results. Additionally, M/s.
