Integra Switchgear declares unaudited Q1 FY27 results

Integra Switchgear Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results, which include both standalone and consolidated figures, were approved by the Board of Directors on July 22, 2026. A limited review report from the statutory auditors has also been submitted. The company's financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
