Integra Switchgear Ltd Completes 100% Stake Acquisition in Bimal Switchgear Private Limited

Integra Switchgear Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Bimal Switchgear Private Limited. The acquisition was done at a price of Rs. 128 per share, amounting to Rs. 69,14,560.00. The Company has received confirmations from the shareholders of Bimal Switchgear Private Limited acknowledging receipt of the acquisition consideration. The audit of the unaudited financial results of Integra Switchgear Limited for the quarter ended on 31 December, 2025 is ongoing, and the consolidation of the accounts of the acquired company will be undertaken upon completion of the audit. The Company shall consolidate the financial statements of the Company from quarter ended on 31 December, 2025 in compliance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the applicable accounting standards.
