Integrated Capital Services Approves FY26 Financial Statements

Integrated Capital Services Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, during a meeting held on May 30, 2026. The board also approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. Additionally, DR Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor and G. Manish & Associates as Internal Auditor.
