Integrated Capital Services: Trading Window Closure & Board Meeting for Q1 FY27 Results

Integrated Capital Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated employees and their dependents from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This period extends up to August 16, 2026. A meeting of the Audit Committee is scheduled for August 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST to consider and recommend the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Subsequently, a Board of Directors meeting will convene on the same day at 4:30 PM IST to consider these recommendations and approve the unaudited financial results for the said quarter.
