Integrated Thermoplastics Ltd has announced that a Board Meeting will be held on November 12, 2025, to consider and approve the Intimation for the company's 2nd Quarter and half year period ending on September 30, 2025. The meeting will approve the Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year period ending on September 30, 2025, as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015. The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results.
