Intellect Design Arena assumes Digital Banking Operations of over 170 Credit Unions & Banks from Central 1

Intellect Design Arena Inc., Canada (Intellect) and Central 1 Credit Union (Central 1) have completed the transfer of Digital Banking Operations of over 170 Credit Unions & Banks to Intellect. This transition includes the transfer of Forge, MemberDirect, Public Website, and Mobile Applications, as well as over 140 employees from Central 1. Intellect, now serving more than 170 Credit Unions & Banks, offers advanced digital engagement capabilities to enhance member satisfaction across Retail, SMB, and Commercial segments. Central 1 will continue to provide technology and infrastructure services during the transition phase.
