Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has sold 124,710 equity shares of Intellect Design Arena Ltd, representing 0.089% of the total share capital. The sale was conducted via the open market. Following the transaction, Franklin Templeton's holding in Intellect Design Arena has reduced from 3.343% (4,695,599 shares) to 3.254% (4,570,889 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 140,463,287 shares.
