Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust Releases FY26 Annual Report

Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations. The report, sent electronically to unitholders, details the Trust's corporate information, investment manager's report, secretarial compliance, governance reports, valuation, and financial statements. The Trust, established by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, holds 100% equity in Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Management Private Limited, which operates approximately 13.20 million sq ft of warehouses. The Trust had previously raised ₹3,048 crore through an initial offer of units at ₹100 per unit, listed on BSE since October 26, 2023.
