Gourmet Gateway Appoints Chatterjee & Chatterjee as Internal Auditor

Gourmet Gateway India Ltd has appointed M/s. Chatterjee & Chatterjee, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
