Gourmet Gateway India Ltd: Directors Re-appointed at AGM

Gourmet Gateway India Ltd announced that its members, at the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anubhav Dham as a Director and the regularization of Mr. Vipul Gupta as an Independent Director. Mr. Dham, who is liable to retire by rotation, was re-appointed as a Non-Independent Director (Non-Executive). Mr. Gupta, previously appointed as an Additional Independent Director on August 14, 2026, has now been regularized in his role as an Independent Director (Non-Executive). Mr. Gupta brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, holding a graduation in commerce and an MBA in finance. Mr. Dham's reappointment is noted, and he is disclosed to be the brother of Ms. Anamika Dham, a director in the company. Both directors are confirmed not to be debarred from holding office by any SEBI order.
