Gourmet Gateway Subsidiary Increases Stake in LLP to 99%

Gourmet Gateway India Ltd announced that its step-down subsidiary, Welgrow Hotels Concepts Private Limited, has increased its partnership stake in Manmeera Hospitality LLP from 49% to 99%. This significant increase in stake was executed through a Second Supplementary LLP Agreement on August 25, 2026. The move aims to consolidate Welgrow's partnership interest in the hospitality business. While financial details of the LLP were not specified, the retiring partners will receive a retirement consideration of ₹37.50 lakh each. The acquisition of the incremental 50% interest did not involve separate cash consideration.
