Inter Globe Finance Board Approves AGM Date, Appoints Auditors

Inter Globe Finance Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 21, 2026. The board approved the appointment of M/s. Shah Kothari & Associates as the Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027. The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the Notice of the AGM, Director's Report, Management Discussion & Analysis Report, and Corporate Governance Report for FY 2025-2026. Ms. Isha Bothra was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM.
