Inter State Oil Carrier Ltd announced that promoter Sanjay Jain has acquired 1,66,454 equity shares through inter-se transfer by way of gift. The shares were transferred from Mrs. Gunmala Devi Jain (1,12,045 shares) and Mr. Shanti Lal Jain (54,409 shares). This transaction, with NIL consideration, increases Sanjay Jain's total shareholding to 10,47,936 equity shares, representing approximately 20.99% of the company's total paid-up share capital. The acquisition was conducted via off-market transfer.
