Sanjay Jain Acquires 3.33% Stake in Inter State Oil Carrier

Sanjay Jain, Promoter and Managing Director of Inter State Oil Carrier Limited, has acquired 1,66,454 equity shares, representing 3.3342% of the total paid-up share capital. The acquisition was through off-market transfers by way of gift from Mrs. Gunmala Devi Jain (1,12,045 shares) and Mr. Shanti Lal Jain (54,409 shares). Following this transaction, Sanjay Jain's total shareholding in the company has increased from 8,81,482 shares (17.6568%) to 10,47,936 shares (20.9909%). The transaction was executed on September 23, 2026.
